Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of BaroFlow ("BaroFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), a free real estate hub where you connect your own AI agent to help run deals — buying, selling, financing, insuring, and closing.

This is a general policy written in plain language for a free product. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it may be updated as BaroFlow grows.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BaroFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

BaroFlow is free

BaroFlow is free to download and free to sign up for real estate professionals. There are no pricing tiers, trials, plan pickers, or software seats. We may change what is offered for free in the future, and if we do, we will let you know in the product.

Acceptable use

You agree to use BaroFlow lawfully and not to:

  • Use the hub to commit fraud, misrepresent a transaction, or violate any law.
  • Attempt to access accounts, deal data, or systems that are not yours.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of BaroFlow or its infrastructure.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.

Your connected AI agent

BaroFlow lets you bring your own AI agent (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, or a local model) and connect it to the hub. You are responsible for the AI agent you choose to connect, for the actions you authorize it to take, and for the data you and your agent put into BaroFlow. External actions taken by your agent stay approval-gated and recorded in the hub, but BaroFlow does not control the behavior of third-party AI providers or models.

No warranty

BaroFlow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any real estate deal, financing, or transaction will close.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaroFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including damages related to decisions made or actions taken by an AI agent you connected.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as BaroFlow changes. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, let you know in the product. Continued use of BaroFlow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
