Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BaroFlow ("BaroFlow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the BaroFlow hub. BaroFlow is a free real estate hub where you connect your own AI agent to help run deals — buying, selling, financing, insuring, and closing.
This is a general policy written in plain language for a free product. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it may be updated as BaroFlow grows.
Information we collect
We collect a few categories of information to operate BaroFlow:
- Account information — your name, email address, and basic profile details you provide when you sign up.
- Deal data you enter — the real estate deal details, documents, notes, and messages you or your AI agent add to the hub while working a transaction.
- Connected-account tokens — when you choose to connect an integration (for example, your own AI agent, email, or calendar), we store the access tokens needed to perform the actions you authorize. We only request the access those integrations need to function.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve BaroFlow: to run your deals, keep a recorded history of activity in the hub, let your connected AI agent take the actions you approve, and to provide support when you contact us. We do not use your deal data to train third-party models without your permission.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information or your deal data. We do not share connected-account tokens with anyone other than the service they were issued for. We only share information with service providers who help us run BaroFlow (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), and only as needed to provide the product to you.
Your controls
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account and deal data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. You can disconnect any integration and revoke its access whenever you choose — disconnecting removes our ability to act on your behalf through that integration.
Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the product, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. If you delete your account, we remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as BaroFlow changes. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, let you know in the product.
